We are pleased to announce the proposed issue by CIMB Bank of up to 150,000,000 European-style non-collateralised cash-settled call warrants over ordinary shares in AEON.

The AEON-C28 is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 12 April 2023 executed by us, as supplemented from time to time. The AEON-C28 is subject to the terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 17 April 2023, the First Supplementary Base Prospectus dated 19 May 2023, the Second Supplementary Base Prospectus dated 23 August 2023, the Third Supplementary Base Prospectus dated 27 October 2023, the Fourth Supplementary Base Prospectus dated 1 December 2023, the Fifth Supplementary Base Prospectus dated 5 February 2024 and the Term Sheet for the AEON-C28 dated 7 February 2024.

The AEON-C28 is to be listed on the Structured Warrants Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad. A summary of the principal terms of the AEON-C28 is set out in the attachment.
