We are pleased to announce the proposed issue by MCSM of up to 23,000,000 European-style non-collateralised cash settled call warrants over ordinary shares of XIAOMI by way of market making.

The XIAOMI-C30 is to be listed on the Structured Warrants Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.

The XIAOMI-C30 is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 19 September 2023. The XIAOMI-C30 is subject to the terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 29 September 2023. The obligations of MCSM under XIAOMI-C30 are guaranteed by Macquarie Financial Holdings Pty Limited pursuant to the Guarantee Deed Poll dated 19 September 2023.
