The Board of Directors of Reneuco Berhad ("the Company") wishes to announce that the Company intends to seek shareholders' approval in respect of the following proposals at the forthcoming 26th Annual General Meeting ("26th AGM") of the Company to be convened:-
1. Proposed Renewal of Existing Shareholders' Mandate for Recurrent Related Party Transactions of a Revenue or Trading Nature; and 2) Proposed Renewal of Share Buy-Back Authority for the purchase up to ten percent (10%) of the total number of issued shares of the Company.
The Circular to Shareholders setting out the details of the aforesaid proposals will be sent to the shareholders of the Company in due course.
