Reference is made to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad's letter dated 2 June 2022 in relation to the Approved Manager's Units, announcement dated 9 November 2023 ("Announcement") and AME REIT's prospectus dated 17 August 2022 ("Prospectus"). Unless otherwise stated, words and phrases used in this announcement shall have the same meaning as defined in the Announcement and Prospectus.
The Manager's management fees for the period from 1 October 2023 to 31 December 2023 was RM1,093,236. Based on the issue price of RM1.3145 per Unit, being the 5-day volume weighted average price of AME REIT up to and including 2 February 2024, the Manager has received 831,675 new Units as management fees and is holding 4,782,121 Units or 0.91% immediately after such issue. |
