Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the previous announcement in relation to the Proposals shall apply herein.
We refer to the Company’s announcements in relation to the Proposals. In respect of the Proposed Acquisition, the conditions precedent of the SSA are to be fulfilled within the Conditional Period (i.e. 3 months from the date of the SSA) or such other further extension period as the parties may mutually agree.
On behalf of the Company, M&A Securities wishes to announce that the parties to the SSA have mutually agreed to extend the Conditional Period for 90 days until 20 May 2024 to fulfil the conditions precedent.
Save as disclosed above, there are no other variations to the terms and conditions of the SSA.
