- PROPOSED ACQUISITION OF A PROPERTY BY CLI INVESTMENT LIMITED, A SUBSIDIARY OF THE COMPANY FOR A TOTAL CASH CONSIDERATION OF NTD69,000,000 (EQUIVALENT TO APPROXIMATELY RM10,350,000)

We refer to your Company’s announcement dated 21 February 2024 (“Announcement”), in respect of the aforesaid matter.
In this connection, kindly furnish Bursa Securities with the following additional information for public release:-

1) With reference to Section 2.6 of the Announcement, to clarify whether the purchase consideration of NTD69,000,000 will be paid by CLI or DGB.
2) The date/timeframe for CLI to pay the balance NTD6,900,000 after the return of the non-negotiable cheque by the vendors as set out in Section 3.1(a) of the Announcement.
3) The following details in respect of the property to be acquired:

• The existing use. If currently let out, the details of the rentals.
• Whether any valuation was carried out on the property. If so, to disclose the name of the independent registered valuer, date and method of valuation, and quantification of the market value.
• The encumbrances on the property, if any.
• The amount of lettable space of each commercial building and the percentage of occupancy.
