We are pleased to announce the proposed issue by MCSM of up to 105,000,000 European-style non-collateralised cash settled call warrants over ordinary shares of MYEG by way of market making.

The MYEG-C6L is to be listed on the Structured Warrants Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.

The MYEG-C6L is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 19 September 2023. The MYEG-C6L is subject to the terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 29 September 2023. The obligations of MCSM under MYEG-C6L are guaranteed by Macquarie Financial Holdings Pty Limited pursuant to the Guarantee Deed Poll dated 19 September 2023.
