The Company's solicitors, Messrs Krish Maniam & Co. had notified the Company that on 28 February 2024, this matter came up for Case Management for the Former Interim Judicial Manager's Notice of Application to Vary the Court Order dated 20 March 2023 ("Enclosure 288") and the Court had directed all parties to provide their common dates via letter in order for the Court to fix the further hearing date of Enclosure 288.

The Company will make the necessary announcements to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad as and when there are further developments in relation thereof and/or upon receipt of any further directions by the Court.
