For the construction and completion of the Cadangan Pembangunan Perumahan dan Perniagaan di atas sebahagian Lot 8094, Mukim Penor, Daerah Kuantan, Pahang Darul Makmur secara penyerahan dan pemberimilikan semula tanah di bawah Seksyen 204D, Kanun Tanah Negar untuk Tetuan O&C Properties (Kuantan) Sdn Bhd (“Project”), undertaken OCR Properties (Kuantan) Sdn Bhd, a 90% owned subsidiary of the Company:

 

 

(a) Corporate guarantee in favour of LCS Marketing Sdn. Bhd. provided by the Company for the supply of goods and credit to the 90% owned subsidiary’s project
