The Board of Directors of Zen Tech wishes to announce that the Company had on 29 February 2024 entered into a Collaboration Agreement with MYRingkas Sdn. Bhd. (“Ringkas”) (the “Agreement”) for the purposes of collaborating and working together to supply and maintain cashless vending machines with identity card reader and digital screen across the entire Malaysia (the “Projects”) upon the terms and conditions contained in the Agreement.
