On behalf of TIB, KAF Investment Bank Berhad wishes to announce that the entitlement date for the Rights Issue is on Monday, 4 March 2024.
The holders of the Warrants are advised to refer to the Company’s relevant announcements and notice of book closure date in relation to the Rights Issue dated 16 February 2024. Following the Rights Issue, the exercise price of the Warrants shall be adjusted in accordance with the provisions of the Deed Poll dated 14 June 2021. The adjusted exercise price of the Warrants pursuant to the Adjustment shall be finalised at a later date. The notice to the holders of the Warrants (setting out the details of the Adjustment) will be despatched in due course.
