Pursuant to Paragraph 9.19 (51) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Company wishes to announce that it had on 1 March 2024, made an offer of ordinary shares in IOB ESGP Scheme (“ESGP Shares”) which consists of Performance Share Plan (“PSP”) and the Retention Share Plan (“RSP”) to the eligible person of the Company.
