We are pleased to announce the offering by RHBIB of up to 35,000,000 non-collateralised European-style cash settled call warrants over ordinary shares of MCEMENT by way of market making.
The MCEMENT-CH is to be listed on the Structured Warrants Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.
The MCEMENT-CH is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 11 October 2023. The MCEMENT-CH is subject to the terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 20 October 2023, First Supplementary Base Prospectus dated 19 December 2023 and Second Supplementary Base Prospectus dated 26 February 2024.
