On behalf of the Board of Directors of the Company, TA Securities Holdings Berhad (“TA Securities”) wishes to announce that the Company wishes to undertake the following:

(i)   proposed consolidation of every 5 ordinary shares in Vizione (“Vizione Shares”) into 1 Vizione Share (“Proposed Share Consolidation”); and

(ii)  proposed private placement of up to 143,000,000 new Vizione Shares after the Proposed Share Consolidation to independent third-party investor(s) to be identified later and at an issue price to be determined later (“Proposed Private Placement”).
