The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that, on 29 February 2024, the defendants filed an application to amend the Statement of Defence and to transfer the proceedings from Kuala Lumpur High Court to Penang High Court for both cases. The hearing of these application is fixed on 13 May 2024.
The Company will make the necessary announcements on material development in respect of the above matter as and when necessary.
