Further to the Company’s announcement dated 9 February 2024, the Board of Directors of EVD wishes to announce that the Plaintiff, Mr. Mah Seong Huak had filed a Notice of Discontinuance of the Suit against the Defendants without any order as to cost on 8 March 2024.
