Further to the Company’s announcement dated 21 February 2024, 22 February 2024 and 26 February 2024, the Board of Directors of EVD wishes to announce that the Plaintiff, Ir. Gan Wan Peng had filed a Notice of Discontinuance of the Suit against the Defendants without any order as to cost on 11 March 2024.
