The Board of Directors of UIB wishes to announce that, Perfect CLQ Sdn Bhd (“Perfect CLQ”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of UIB had on 12 March 2024 entered into Sale & Purchase Agreement with Nomis Sim Siang Leng and Simson Sim Xian Zhi, both Directors of the Company and Perfect CLQ, to acquire a piece of land held under HS(M) 12118 Lot No PT 5 Mukim of Sungai Buloh, District of Petaling, Selangor, at the total purchase consideration of RM7,840,000.00 ("Proposed Acquisition")
