For consistency purposes, the abbreviations and definitions used throughout this announcement shall have the same meanings as those previously defined in the announcements made on 12 October 2021 and 7 February 2022.
Further to the Company's announcements made on 12 October 2021 and 7 February 2022, the Board of Directors of Ewein (‘the Board”) wishes to announce that the deadline for both parties to file and exchange their respective witness statements has been fixed on or before 15 March 2024 and the hearing of the Arbitration proceedings have been fixed on 29 April 2024, 30 April 2024, 4 July 2024 and 5 July 2024.
