We refer to TIMECOM's and Maybank Investment Bank Berhad’s announcement dated 29 February 2024 and 4 March 2024 respectively pursuant to the special interim tax exempt (single tier) dividend of 6.90 sen per ordinary share for the financial year ended 31 December 2023 ("Special Dividend").
As the adjustment for the Special Dividend does not amount to more than 2% of the Exercise Price and Entitlement being changed, therefore we will not make any adjustments to the terms and conditions of TIMECOM-C3. The Exercise Price and Entitlement of TIMECOM-C3 shall remain the same.
