We are pleased to announce the offering by Affin Hwang IB of up to 100,000,000 non-collateralised European-style cash settled put warrants over ordinary shares of TOPGLOV by way of market making.
TOPGLOV-HL is to be listed on the Structured Warrants Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.
TOPGLOV-HL is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 3 October 2023. TOPGLOV-HL is subject to the terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 13 October 2023, the First Supplementary Base Prospectus dated 12 December 2023 and the Term Sheet for TOPGLOV-HL dated 14 March 2024.
