We refer to the abridged prospectus dated 28 February 2024 (“Abridged Prospectus”) and announcements dated 22 September 2023, 10 October 2023, 19 October 2023, 6 November 2023, 7 November 2023, 24 November 2023, 14 February 2024 and 28 February 2024 in relation to the Rights Issue of Warrants (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcements shall apply herein.

On behalf of the Board, TA Securities wishes to announce that as at the close of acceptance, excess application and payment for the Rights Issue of Warrants at 5.00 p.m. on 14 March 2024, the Company had received valid acceptances and excess applications for a total of 357,752,324 Warrants, representing a subscription rate of 99.93% over the total number of Warrants available for subscription under the Rights Issue of Warrants.

The total number of excess Warrants available for allocation was 178,407,070. In view that the total number of excess Warrants applied for was 178,156,713, the Board has decided to allot the excess Warrants to all the entitled shareholders and/ or their renouncee(s) and/ or transferee(s) who have applied for the excess Warrants.

The Warrants are expected to be listed on the Main Market of Bursa Securities on 29 March 2024.
