We wish to announce that MISC-C46 expired at 5.00 p.m. on 29 March 2024 ("Expiry Date"). The Cash Settlement Amount is as follows:
Cash Settlement Amount = Number of MISC-C46 x (Closing Price - Exercise Price) x (1/Exercise Ratio)
= Number of MISC-C46 x (RM7.5899 - RM7.00) x (1/5)
= Number of MISC-C46 x RM0.1179
The Closing Price of RM7.5899 was determined based on the arithmetic mean of daily volume weighted average market price of MISC shares for the 5 market days prior to and including the market day immediately before the Expiry Date.
The Cash Settlement Amount shall be made by way of cheque or such other mode as may be approved by Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad and determined by us, within 7 market days from the Expiry Date. The cheques will be delivered to holders of MISC-C46 by ordinary post.
