The Board of Directors of SMRT wishes to announce that SMRT Holdings Berhad (“SMRT” or “Vendor”) had on 29 March 2024 entered into an agreement with Cekal Akasia Sdn Bhd (“Cekal Akasia” or “Purchaser”) (“Agreement”) to dispose 110,000 ordinary shares representing 55% equity interest in Talentoz Sdn Bhd (“Talentoz”) (“Sale Shares”) for a consideration of Ringgit Malaysia One (RM1) Only (“Sale Consideration”) (“Proposed Disposal”).

Upon completion of the Proposed Disposal, Talentoz shall cease to be a subsidiary of SMRT.
