The Company had, on 21 January 2016, inadvertently released the announcements on the appointment of Nomination Committee members namely Tan Sri Dato' Seri Shamsul Azhar bin Abbas (Reference No.C08-21012016-00001), Dato' Paduka Haji Moh Puat bin Haji Moh Ali (Reference No. C08-21012016-00002) and Datuk Idris bin Abdullah @ Das Murthy (Reference No. C08-21012016-00003) (“the Announcements”). The Company wishes to advise that the Announcements were released prematurely and, therefore, should be ignored and discarded. The Company would like to apologise for any confusion or inconvenience caused. This announcement is dated 22 January 2016.
