The Board of Directors of the Company (the “Board”) wishes to announce that Betamek had on 29 March 2024, entered into a conditional share purchase agreement (“SPA”) with Outsourcing Inc. (“Seller”), being the existing shareholder of Sanshin, to acquire 15,600,000 ordinary shares in Sanshin (“Sanshin Share(s)”), representing 100.00% equity interest in Sanshin, for a cash consideration of RM13.44 million ("Proposed Acquisition").
