We refer to the previous announcements dated 18 December 2023, 26 December 2023, 28 December 2023 and 3 January 2024 in relation to the Private Placement. Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the previous announcements shall apply herein.
On behalf of the Board, UOBKH wishes to announce that the Board has resolved to fix the issue price for the Private Placement at RM0.68 per Placement Share.
The issue price of RM0.68 per Placement Share represents a discount of RM0.0676 or approximately 9.04% to the 5-day VWAP of XLH Shares up to and including 29 March 2024, being the market day immediately preceding the price-fixing date of RM0.7476 per XLH Share.
