Pursuant to Rule 8.25 (2)(e) and Guidance Note 4 of the ACE Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Board of Directors of HEXCAP wishes to announce that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Opcom Trading Sdn. Bhd. has not extended any loans/advances to any party in the ordinary course of its business as a licensed moneylender and therefore, there are no outstanding loans/advances for the financial quarter ended 31 March 2024.
