We are pleased to announce the offering by RHBIB of up to 35,000,000 non-collateralised European-style cash settled call warrants over common stocks of MSFT by way of market making.
The MSFT-C4 is to be listed on the Structured Warrants Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.
The MSFT-C4 is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 11 October 2023. The MSFT-C4 is subject to the terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 20 October 2023, First Supplementary Base Prospectus dated 19 December 2023, Second Supplementary Base Prospectus dated 26 February 2024 and Third Supplementary Base Prospectus dated 29 March 2024.
