At the Company's 26th Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on May 22, 2023, the Company had obtained the shareholders' mandate to allow THR Group to enter into the Recurrent Related Party Transaction as set out in the circular to the sharholders of THR dated April 21, 2023.
The said shareholdrs' mandate, unless renewed, shall expire at the conclusion of the forthcoming AGM of the Company.
Accordingly, the Company intends to seek shareholders' approval for the Proposed Shareholders Mandate at the AGM of the Company to be convened at a date which will be notified later.
A Circular in relation to the Proposed Shareholders' Mandate will be uploaded to the Company's website at www.tong.com.my in due course.
