We refer to our announcement dated 13 May 2022 in relation to the Notice of Arbitration filed by YDI Synergy Sdn. Bhd. against Jetson Construction Sdn. Bhd. Subsequent to the announcements made on 24 June 2022 and 1 September 2022, the Company wishes to announce that the Court has fixed the hearing on 15 October 2024 to 18 October 2024, 22 October 2024 to 25 October 2024 and 5 November 2024 to 8 November 2024 respectively. The Company will make the relevant update announcement(s) in relation to the matter as and when there are material developments on the same. This announcement is dated 8 April 2024. |
