Pursuant to Paragraph 10.09(1)(a) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Board of Directors of HCK wishes to announce that the indirect subsidiary of HCK, Peninsula Education (Setia Alam) Sdn. Bhd., had in the ordinary course of business entered into the RRPT as disclosed below, and the aggregate consideration of the RRPT had on 24 March 2024, exceeded the percentage ratio of 1% from 15 September 2023 (i.e. completion of the acquisition by HCK Properties Sdn Bhd of 100% equity interest in Global Activate Sdn Bhd) to 31 March 2024.
