The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that the Company intends to seek shareholders’ approval at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting for the following:
1. Proposed renewal of and new shareholders’ mandate for recurrent related party transactions of a revenue or trading nature (“Proposed Shareholders’ Mandate”); and 2. Proposed renewal of existing share buy-back authority for the Company to purchase its own shares of up to 10% of the total number of issued shares of the Company (“Proposed Renewal of Existing Share Buy-Back Authority”).
The circular/statement to shareholders setting out the details of the Proposed Shareholders’ Mandate and Proposed Renewal of Existing Share Buy-Back Authority will be despatched to the shareholders in due course.
