The Board of Directors of MEB wishes to announce that the Company intends to seek shareholders' approval for the following at the forthcoming Fifty-First Annual General Meeting of the Company: -
(i) Proposed Renewal of Authority for Share Buy-Back; and
(ii) Proposed Renewal of Existing Shareholders' Mandate for Recurrent Related Party Transactions of a Revenue or Trading Nature
(Collectively referred to as "Proposals")
