We refer to the announcements dated 27 October 2023, 28 December 2023, 21 February 2024 and 21 March 2024 in relation to the Bonus Issue of Warrants (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcements shall apply herein.
On behalf of the Board, TA Securities wishes to announce that the Company had executed a deed poll constituting the Warrants B (“Deed Poll B”) on 18 April 2024.
A copy of the Deed Poll B is made available for inspection at the registered office of the Company at No. 9A, Jalan Medan Tuanku, Medan Tuanku, 50300 Kuala Lumpur, Wilayah Persekutuan during normal business hours from 9.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) for the period of at least 6 months from the date of this announcement.
