The Board of Directors of PDZ wishes to inform that the Company intends to seek its shareholders’ approval on the proposed amendments to the Constitution of the Company (“Proposed Amendments”) at the forthcoming Twenty-Eighth Annual General Meeting of the Company.

The Proposed Amendments are mainly to streamline the Constitution with the relevant regulatory requirements as well as to enhance administrative efficiency.

The Annual Report for the financial year ended 31 December 2023 containing the details of the Proposed Amendments will be announced and published on the Company and Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad's website in due course.
