BONUS ISSUE OF 758,296,373 NEW WARRANTS IN INGENIEUR ("WARRANT(S) B") ON THE BASIS OF 1 WARRANT B FOR EVERY 2 EXISTING ORDINARY SHARES IN INGENIEUR ("SHARE(S)") HELD BY THE ENTITLED SHAREHOLDERS OF INGENIEUR WHOSE NAMES APPEAR IN THE COMPANY'S RECORD OF DEPOSITORS OF SHARES AS AT 5.00 P.M. ON 10 MAY 2024 ("ENTITLEMENT DATE") ("BONUS ISSUE OF WARRANTS")

Kindly be advised of the following :

1) The above Company’s securities will be traded and quoted “[EX-BONUS ISSUE]” as from: 09 May 2024
2) The last date of lodgment : 10 May 2024

Remarks :

Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Company's announcements dated 27 October 2023, 28 December 2023, 21 February 2024 and 21 March 2024 shall apply herein.

The Warrants B will be listed and quoted on the Main Market of Bursa Securities within 2 market days after the submission of the quotation application for the Warrants B to Bursa Securities.

The notices of allotment will be issued and despatched to all Entitled Shareholders at the address as per the Record of Depositors of Shares within 4 market days from the Entitlement Date.
