Reference is made to the Company’s Prospectus dated 17 May 2022 that was issued in conjunction with the listing of and the quotation of its entire share capital on the ACE Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad on 7 June 2022 (“IPO”) and the announcement dated 18 May 2023 in relation to the variation and extension of timeframe to the utilisation of proceeds raised from IPO.
As at 19 April 2024, being the latest practicable date prior to the date of this announcement, the Company and its subsidiaries have utilised approximately RM28.17 million from the IPO Proceeds and a balance amount of RM9.1 million has yet to be utilised.
Arising from the above, the Board of Directors of Yew Lee wishes to announce that the Company proposes to undertake the Proposed Variation and Extension.
