Reference is made to Powerwell's announcement dated 22 April 2024 in relation to the acceptance of Letter of Award for Sub-Contract Work amounting to RM22,046,964.40 ("Sub-Contract").
The Company wishes to announce the following additional information as required by Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad:-
Commencement date of the Sub-Contract The commencement date of the Sub-Contract as per the Letter of Award is 5 February 2024. However, project delivery will commence upon acceptance of the approved Letter of Award.
