Ms Lee Ling Sien ("Ms Lee") has more than 10 years of experience in the sales and marketing of properties. Ms Lee is the Operations Manager of I REIT Managers Sdn. Bhd., the management company ("Manager") of AME Real Estate Investment Trust ("AME REIT") and is responsible for assisting the Chief Executive Officer in overseeing the Manager's and AME REIT's overall operations, including to formulate business plans in relation to the properties of AME REIT, to maximise the rental income of AME REIT and to implement AME REIT's strategies. 

Ms Lee started her career as a Marketing Trainee with Axis REIT Managers Berhad, the manager of AXIS REIT in October 2012 and subsequently a Marketing Executive in January 2013. She left Axis REIT in February 2013 to join AME Development Sdn Bhd ("AME Development") as a Marketing and Planning Executive. Ms Lee was promoted to the position of Business Development Executive in July 2015 and subsequently to the position of Marketing Manager in January 2018. In May 2020, Ms Lee was appointed as an Alternate Director to Lee Chai in AME Elite Consortium Berhad. Ms Lee was subsequently transferred from AME Development to the Manager in May 2022 as the Operations Manager. 

Ms Lee is redesignated as Head of Real Estate of the Manager with effect from 1 May 2024.
