We are pleased to announce that INTEL-C2 have expired at 9.00 a.m. on 25 April 2024 ("Expiry Date") and the warrant holders shall be entitled to the Cash Settlement Amount (per INTEL-C2) (if the said amount is greater than zero).

The Settlement Price has been determined at USD34.4860 being the arithmetic mean of INTEL Stocks on Nasdaq Stock Market LLC for the five (5) scheduled market days prior to and including the market day before the Expiry Date. 

The Cash Settlement Amount shall be converted to RM prior to payment, using the prevailing rate of exchange being USD/MYR4.7800 on the Exercise Date at or about 5.00 p.m. Malaysia time ("Settlement Exchange Rate").

= {(USD34.4860 - USD38.0000) / 200 } x 4.7800 x Number of INTEL-C2 exercised - 0.30%

= RM0.0000 x Number of INTEL-C2 exercised - 0.30%

As the Settlement Price is less than the Exercise Price, the Cash Settlement Amount is negative.
Warrant holders will not be entitled to receive any payment of the Cash Settlement Amount.
