Reference made to the announcements dated 22 June 2021, 8 July 2021, 9 July 2021 and 12 July 2021, the Board of Directors of Turiya (“Board”) wishes to announce that the Board had on 26 April 2024, received a withdrawal of Unconditional Mandatory Take-Over Offer by MAA Group Berhad ("MAAG" or the "Offeror) for all the remaining ordinary shares in Turiya ("Shares" or the "Turiya Shares") not already held by the offeror ("Offer Shares") at a cash offer price of RM0.18 per offer share ("Offer")
