= Number of COASTAL-CO x (Closing Price - Exercise Price) x (1/Exercise Ratio)
= Number of COASTAL-CO x (RM1.4837 - RM2.20) x (1/4)
= Number of COASTAL-CO x RM0.0000
The Closing Price of RM1.4837 is the average volume-weighted average price (VWAP) of the COASTAL Shares for the five (5) Market Days prior to and including the Market Day immediately before the Expiry Date.
As the Cash Settlement Amount is equal to or less than zero, we shall not be obliged to make any payment to the relevant holder and COASTAL-CO shall become void and cease to have exercise rights and our obligation in respect of COASTAL-CO shall terminate absolutely.
