Cash Settlement Amount = Number of GENTINGC2U x (Closing Price - Exercise Price) x (1/Exercise Ratio)
= Number of GENTINGC2U x (RM4.5358 - RM4.25) x (1/4)
= Number of GENTINGC2U x RM0.0714
The Closing Price of RM4.5358 was determined based on the arithmetic mean of daily volume weighted average market price of GENTING shares for the 5 market days prior to and including the market day immediately before the Expiry Date.
The Cash Settlement Amount shall be made by way of cheque or such other mode as may be approved by Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad and determined by us, within 7 market days from the Expiry Date. The cheques will be delivered to holders of GENTINGC2U by ordinary post.
