Unless otherwise stated, all defined terms used in this announcement shall have the same meaning as those defined in the Prospectus issued by Feytech Holdings Berhad dated 2 May 2024.

Applications will be accepted from 10.00 a.m. on 2 May 2024 and will close at 5.00 p.m. on 8 May 2024.

If there is any change to the indicative timetable above, we will advertise a notice of the changes in a widely circulated English and Bahasa Malaysia daily newspapers within Malaysia and make the relevant announcement(s) on Bursa Securities website.
