The Board of Directors of Quality Concrete Holdings Berhad ("the Company") wishes to announce that the Company proposes to seek the approval of its shareholders for the Proposed Renewal of Shareholders' Mandate for Recurrent Related Party Transaction of a Revenue or Trading Nature ("Proposed Shareholders' Mandate") at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting to be convened.

A Circular to Shareholders in relation to the Proposed Shareholders' Mandate will be issued to the shareholders in due course.
