The Board of Directors of MMAG Holdings Berhad (“Company”) wishes to announce that MJets Air Sdn Bhd (formerly known as M Jets International Sdn Bhd) (“MJets Air”), a subsidiary of the Company, had on 3 May 2024 entered into an aircraft charter agreement (“Agreement”) with Teleport Everywhere Pte Ltd (“Teleport”), an integrated logistics solutions provider and logistics venture of Capital A Berhad, whereby MJets Air will provide charter freight services to Teleport subject to the terms and conditions of the Agreement.
