The Board of Directors of Priceworth International Berhad ("PWI") wishes to announce that the Company is proposing to change its name from Priceworth International Berhad to Maxland Berhad (Proposed Change of Name).

The proposed name Maxland Berhad was approved by the Companies Commission of Malaysia (CCM) and the reservation for the use of the proposed name is extended to 24 July 2024.

The Proposed Change of Name is subject to the approval of the shareholders of the Company at an Extraordinary General Meeting to be convened on Tuesday, 28 May 2024. A circular to shareholders with details of the Proposed Change of Name will be issued to the shareholders on 6 May 2024.
