We refer to the Company’s announcements dated 30 April 2024 and 3 May 2024 respectively in relation to the proposed acquisition of 2,590,070 ordinary shares, representing 70% of the total issued and paid-up share capital in Kacon Construction Sdn. Bhd. by Cal-Test Laboratory Sdn. Bhd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company ("Announcement"). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcement shall apply herein.
The Board wishes to clarify that the conversion price of the RCPS shall be equivalent to the Issue Price (i.e. RM200.00 per RCPS) and is convertible into one (1) share of Cal-Test or Cal-Test Group of companies prior to the maturity date.
