On behalf of the Board of Directors of PGB (“Board”), TA Securities Holdings Berhad (“TA Securities”) wishes to announce that Paragon Business Hub Sdn. Bhd. (“PBHSB” or “Vendor”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of PGB, had on 8 May 2024, entered into a conditional sale and purchase agreement (“SPA”) with Bridge Data Centres Malaysia IV Sdn. Bhd. (“BDC” or “Purchaser”) for the proposed disposal by PBHSB of part of a parcel of freehold land held under Geran 80943 Lot 2699, in the Mukim of Plentong, District of Johor Bahru, State of Johor measuring approximately 47.860 acres (2,084,781.60 square feet) (“Land”) for a cash consideration of RM238,317,195.60 (“Disposal Consideration”) (“Proposed Disposal”).
